DO YOU SELL MIXED BOXES?

We offer exclusive mixed VIP boxes which are available on one day per month. The VIP boxes contain 3 different flavours each month plus one or two off menu items, so it's a great way to try out new flavours!

You can however create your own mixed box at other times in the month if you're buying for more than one person. Just purchase two or three boxes of 6 cupcakes and let us know you'd like them to be mixed for each recipient.

If you'd be interested in a mixed VIP box then please sign up to the mailing list to be one of the first to know when slots are released.

 

I HAVE ALLERGIES, CAN I STILL BUY FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE?

We have completed FSA Allergy training and we maintain high standards of cleanliness. In addition, every effort is made to ensure there is no cross contamination. However, ALL of our confectionaries are made in an environment where there have been milk, eggs, soya, nuts and gluten present. Due to this, we would not recommend our confectionaries to someone with a severe allergy.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY CONFECTIONARIES LAST?

Firstly, well done for having self control!

If you need to store your cakes, cupcakes and mini cookie cups then please keep them in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Do not place cupcakes in the refrigerator unless they contain cream cheese buttercream or swiss meringue buttercream. In that case, they are best enjoyed when they return to room temperature. Please consume cakes, cupcakes and mini cookie cups within 48 hours. Our brownies, brookies and cookie bars last a little longer. Stored in the fridge, these should be eaten within 5 days of their 'made on' date. 

 

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO TRANSPORT MY CONFECTIONARIES?

If you're walking or taking public transport to our kitchen, please ensure you bring a bag large enough to carry your confectionaries.

If you will be driving, then ensure the car is cooled and that your confectionaries are placed carefully on a flat and solid surface such as a footwell (no heat please). Please do not place them on a seat or in the laps of passengers.

We know you're excited but please don't rush 😄...drive carefully!

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must notify us via email at payments@whiskandthings.co.uk 48 hours before the order is due to be collected or delivered. A refund can only be made to the same card/PayPal Account with which your order was placed.
